On June 24th, National Chung Cheng University's Center for General Education officially unveiled the "Laboratory for Talent, Enterpreneurship,and Aging Society Studies（Lab TEAS）" Centered around adult education, this lab focuses on three main pillars: sustainable development of retired human resources, community-based social enterprises, and sustainable development with carbon reduction. As a platform for interdisciplinary integration within the university, the Center for General Education leverages its strengths in humanities and social sciences to apply academic findings to practical community and industrial initiatives.

The lab has successfully incubated several projects, including the establishment of the "Strong Generation Platform." This platform supports talent development for the aging population, helping retirees discover new career interests and entrepreneurial paths. Examples include launching mobile coffee shops and guiding retirees in cultivating "less sweet" fruits to meet the dietary needs of older adults. Additionally, it has assisted dementia care centers in transitioning to produce lightly pickled mustard greens, fostering a "Mustard Happiness, All Happiness" community.

Through adult education principles, the Strong Generation Platform employs teaching designs that are simple, fast, shareable, and immediately generate economic value. This enables participating Strong Generation members to begin enjoying the richness of life, sharing its beauty with others, and gaining economic income.
