加簽重要提醒
Add course Important Reminder

1.為簡化流程，本中心將統一把篩選通過的加簽單送交教學組。

To simplify the process, the Center for General Education will collect and forward all approved add-course forms to the Office of Academic Affairs.

2.通過加簽者請務必於 3/6(五) 上午 11:00 ~ 晚上 10:00 至選課系統完成選課，逾時無效。

Approved students must complete their online registration between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM on Friday,March 6.  Failure to register within this window will void your add-course request.

3.教學組需 2 小時開放系統，名單公布後請用 Ctrl+F 搜尋學號。若學號出現在名單中，即代表成功取得加簽資格，但仍需於規定時間內至選課系統完成選課。

The Office of Academic Affairs requires 2 hours to activate the system. Once the list is published, press Ctrl+F to search for your student ID. If your ID appears, it means you have successfully obtained the add-course qualification, but you must still complete online registration within the designated time.

4.學號不在名單中者即未獲選上。如需領回加簽單，請於 3/13(五) 前領回，逾期銷毀。

If your Student ID is not on the list, you were not selected. If you wish to retrieve your original add-course form, please do so by Friday, March 13. All unclaimed forms will be discarded after this date.
