1. To commemorate the 118th posthumous birthday of the late President Chien Shi-Liang, Academia Sinica is organizing the “Knowledge Feast – Chien Shi-Liang President Popular Science Lecture.” Professor Tsai Yi-Fang, Distinguished Research Fellow and Academician of the Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, is specially invited to deliver a lecture entitled “To Fertilize or Not to Fertilize? — Plant Nutrition, Human Food, and Environmental Sustainability.” (Please refer to the attached event poster.)

4. Participants are welcome to register for on-site attendance by February 23, 2026. The following notes apply:
(1) Registration is conducted online. Thirty (30) on-site registration slots will be available on the day of the event. Registration will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the reception desk and will close once capacity is reached.
(2) If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration online by February 23 to avoid affecting future registration eligibility.
(3) A recorded video of the lecture will be edited and uploaded to Academia Sinica’s YouTube channel after the event. (No live streaming will be provided.)

5. Benefits for on-site participants include:
